Special thanks to the State Representatives
We'd like to issue a special "Thank You" to Colorado State Representatives Randy Fischer and Liane "Buffie" McFadyen. They have spent their time learning about the hazards involved with the front end of the nuclear fuel cycle. They've also had the courage to take action against further contamination. We are forever grateful to you for your efforts on behalf of our communities, the environment, and the precious waters of the State of Colorado. (And we thank the staff of the Colorado State Capitol Building for helping us with film locations.)

Finding a documentary filmmaker
Gloria Stultz put us in touch with Soren Larsen, PhD. Soren is a Professor at the University of Missouri, Department of Geography.
Soren Larsen put us in touch with Holly Hobbs, a PhD student in the Folklore program at the University of Missouri. She wrote and directed her own feature-length documentary film called “Women of Old-Time Music: Tradition and Change in the Missouri Ozarks.” Her four-part series "Farming Was My Life" can be seen on Youtube. It is a critical series on CAFOs in Missouri.
Holly Hobbs became an independent producer working for Brock Williams of Boxcar Films. Together they collaborated to bring this project into being.

We would also like to thank those individuals who graciously opened up their homes to us and allowed the interviews to be filmed there.
Speaking out is not always easy. Many people in small towns are punished for voicing their opinions.
We credit these individuals with the unusual courage of speaking out against continued contamination by giant corporations who are not held to account for the pollution they spread.
